Offsite scammer! (again >.>)

Well, I reported him a few days ago because of this, Video can verify that he seen the report.

He had donated to a private server, which he received his virtual goods for. He agreed the the TOS which had stated
"You will not attempt to dispute / defraud Zarpor after any donations you have made."

When you donate, you instantly get what you donated for through an automated system.

He disputed the money due to him being banned in-game for breaking one of our rules.

He donated, he received virtual goods, he disputed a few days ago & then I talked to him and he canceled the disputes.
Then the next day he disputed again because he got banned for breaking one of our rules, that is scamming.

He also lied to paypal about it being an xbox he never received, we won the dispute due to it saying "Virtual goods" and him lying.
His paypal is now limited and we have our money back. Please remove this scammer from the community. If you need anymore info just let me know!

Edit: He's also admitted to me and multiple other people on the server he's a vader on Sythe. I don't have proof but you should look in to that .
