    I would just move the text a little bit closer to the focal. I'm not well versed in sprite tags however. The effects are looking pretty neat though ;)

    The text is distracting being as it's far away from the focal.

    The bluish/purple on the right side looks random/out of place.

    I like the idea of the restraint on Lugia, you should've focused more on that.

    Ooooh, the sharp focal and smooth bg really turned out as a good mix imo. Really diggin' the colors as well. Nice job over all.
