Spoofing/Sniping

Yo, so I just downloaded a modded version of pokego on my phone and am able to teleport and snipe shit. I was just wondering if I can get banned doing this (because I saw on some YT video that it was relatively safe):
1. teleport from my 'home base' location to the rare's location.
2. click on the rare and enter the battle.
3. teleport back home.
4. catch the rare.

The theory behind not getting banned is that I haven't actually moved at all because I haven't completed an action....... or some crap like that? I don't know. I know fk all about all this.

Of course. Looking for some constructive feedback/opinion's though.

 

Just gotta be really careful, not 100% sure how bans work, but i used to do this teleport to catch rare pokemons, and my accounts still ok, I stopped though after the recent patch. I did this using NOX though, never tried an app on the phone.

 

what exactly is the recent patch you're referring to?
