This post is not to get the user banned yet. The season is going to end in a few days so I'm just going to post this here just in case the user does not complete the games that he promised as he is constantly playing 1 game every month and is ignoring my messages. He has missed every deadline that he has set. Only ban the user if he does not fill his orders and does not refund me my money as a result.

Explain the service: I paid the user a $100 deposit on the 14th of March 2017 for a boost for an unranked account in League of Legends to Diamond by the end of the season. There was also a contingency of $10 per net win, just so the user does not mess up the mmr of the account. Therefore the user gets $10 per net win or $150 if the user has reached diamond with 15+ net wins by the end of the season. Proof that the service was not completed: From March till November, the user has only completed 4 net wins because he is busy with university. Will PM any mods the account name as I do not want to post this public as it could get banned.

Therefore the initial pricing for $150 for diamond 5 seems invalid now since he failed his placements so has got my account to a lower rank start and ruined my mmr. Therefore he has to take into his own initiative to restore the mmr with net wins for the $10 per net win contingency.

However, after this date the user has only time to play on my account 1 game per month even though he has time to take other people's orders on sythe. I have to keep checking on him every month because of the account would of decayed. He kept ignoring me for so many weeks and sticking to the 1 game per month, didn't even matter if he lost the game. In the above chat logs I also mention that if he gets to Diamond 5 on my flex rank which is currently Plat 1 90 LP. I will waive the net wins since it only requires 4 games and he is on 4 net wins at the moment as I know he is not capable of giving me my 10 net wins before the season ends anyway which is in a couple of days.

 

At the moment, FDrive has given me the impression that he does not want to complete the games. Can I mod work this out for us please ?

 

The $100 you paid was just for placements, the agreement was that I'd get you to diamond 5 for $150 and that you'd remain diamond 5 until the season reset, not that I'd get you 15 net wins.

There was a contingency in the first screenshot you sent for $10 per net win.

Legit 9 months and all you got is 4 net wins and now you say you don't owe me anything lol

Also the placement deal was a guaranteed 6 wins out of 10. You only won 4 games which is negative mmr boosting which voided that deal so you had to play extra games to make up for it.

 

The 6/10 win for placements guarantee was BEFORE we settled on the $150 agreement for d5. I sold you 1 net win for $10 to gain your trust but the agreement we ended up on was that I'd get you to diamond 5 and play your decay games before the end of season 7 so you'd remain d5 so if anything you owe me $50.
Yes I'd agree to get you to diamond in flex and I'll do it when I have the time but I don't owe you anything.

 

I don't know what you are saying but I just want the flex games to be done. You are replying more actively on this thread than you are on skype. Can you give me a deadline on when flex games will be done ?

 

The agreement was that If you ended the season in Diamond 5 you'd pay me $150. The last game that I owed you was played by me last week guaranteeing you diamond 5 before ranked ends, and so far I've only received $100 so I have no idea why you're here making a scam report when you owe me $50.

 

Okay let me get this cleared up,

1) @best mid aus paid a $100 deposit for the initial $150 for Diamond 5. (Is this solo queue or flex?)
2) You ordered a master/chall boost from @Fdrive. Was that paid for yet or were you awaiting for the boost to be completed first?
3) What is the accounts current rank?
4) A boost to master/challenger is impossible to do now as the season ends in 4 days (Assuming the account is currently diamond 5)

2) He didn't order the boost, but we had an agreement that If i had the time and got him to masters/chall he would pay me an additional $250
3) Diamond 5 50 LP
4) He doesn't want the masters/chall boost anymore but he insists I owe him 4 net wins in flex or $60 as his account doesn't have a net total of 10 wins. However the agreement was that I get him to and maintain Diamond 5 on his account.

 

Judging from the timelines of the pictures, the agreement of getting Diamond 5 (until the end of the season) for $150 was made and finalized.

Therefore, if the account reaches Diamond 5 without decaying by the end of the season, then I don't see the problem here and @best mid aus owes @Fdrive the last $50 for it as the account is currently Diamond 5 50LP. (The agreed deal Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet)
