    This is incriminating evidence, no hard thinking required. How I know he is a phisher:

    1. Go to the link he provided. (JAQEX.INFO)
    2. Fill out the PMod form
    3. Where is says to login, type in random stuff
    4. It will say accepted

    This is a phishing site, and I don't want my fellow users falling for this. He obviously owns the site as he has a personalized email there.
