What kind of games are you planning to play? Most of the time, you'll only need an i5 processor, but it doesn't hurt to get an i7 one I guess.

Just added an i5 option. I just want to be able to play any game that comes to mind and I dont care about ultra graphics, medium/high works too.

Edit: I also plan to play on 1080p@60hz, I don't care about 4K or higher framerate.

    I would go with a i5 4690k with a gtx 970 or a r290x

    ram 8gb (2x2x2x2 or 4x2)

for storage, get a 64gb/128gb ssd for games and 64gb ssd for os

You should go for a 1080p@144hz it's critical in gaming world if you plan on PvPing or what ever in my opinion or else many people have advantage over you.

Would this computer be capable for 144hz if I bought the monitor? For CS:GO.

Anyone could vouch for the hyper 212 evo cooler. Under your budget too.
As for the case I'd just say get something that has intake filters for the PSU and front, otherwise dust will build up relatively quick.
The NZXT S340 is somewhere around that price range, looks good, has everything you really need. Doesn't have a 5.25in bay so you can't have a disc drive if that's something you care about.

The 4690k is more than enough, my problem with your build is the PSU, i've never heard of the brand gembird and the ONLY time i'm a brand name whore is when it's dealing with the brand of a PSU.

I'd go with a corsair cx600m especially since its modular. Any seasonic, thermaltake or silverstone psu would also work well.

The hyper 212 evo or Noctua NH-D14 CPU coolers will work fine. There are so many cases to choose from, just get one you like that has proper cable management support and fan ducts.

What is a good PSU? I could probably order one online but the 27% tax in my country is a bit too much. :X

Thanks for all the responses guys.

    @Under Dizzle I don't care about discs really. ^^

Do not buy an offbrand psu, you could fry your PC. Get a good name brand (corsair, Silverstone, etc) psu, and also if you get a ssd, I recommend going no smaller than 250gb.

Small ssd's run the problem of filling far too fast, and there's many programs that force install into the c: drive. Unless you plan on meticulously tracking what's getting installed, and manually moving the programs out that force themselves to the c: drive, then I would advise against anything smaller.

If you wanna play games with 60fps and 1080p

Then i recommend GTX 970 or GTX 960 for the GPU
Intel core i5 4690k for the processor
8GB of RAM should do the job
    buy a 600W Power Supply
Find a LGA1150 motherboard, i have a ASUS MAXIMUS RANGE VII myself and it works great ;)

This is the PC I will be getting. The PSU will be a cooler master one. I'm buying it in Kosovo so it'll be a bit more expensive.

just to add another option if you haven't yet ordered, you could go with a xeon build. It's essentially that CPU, but there's no integrated graphics so it's cheaper, and you could use it with a cheap b85 motherboard.
    http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hrtLdC
Try finding that cpu and a compatible motherboard in your currency and I'm sure you'll save a bit. It's a good mid-ground between the i7 and i5, and the hyper- threading should help especially in the future with dx12.

I haven't ordered yet but I live in a third world country so it's not easy to finds parts here and nothing ships to here besides ebay. Even then there's a 27% tax so I can't really change a lot about it.
