Completely UNFAIR temp ban, Fulful

My friend is over and i am using his sythe account to dispute this ban.
Yesterday i was banned by Finniscool until august 8th.
I do have 3 infractions that i take full responsibility of; However, the last one that got me a Temp ban for spamming i think Finniscool was being unnecessarily harsh. Finn is selling an account and i relize now that it says the combat level in the thread and the title. I lol that i missed it but when i buy accounts i mainly look at the stats. I really do think this ban should be removed because i was not spamming; nor do i need/care about post count. On Finns thread, all i said was, "Combat level?"
And next thing i know im temp banned.

Please Finn think of it from my point of veiw, is that really recognized as spamming?
Dont you think a ban is a little harsh for such a simple question.
I'm so sorry that i didn't take the time to read the combat level, but thats about all im guilty of in my book. Truely hope ya'll feel the same.

1.) You had been warned before this infraction was given.
2.) If you had bothered to read the title OR the thread, the combat level was stated twice.
3.) You asked a conspicuously pointless question, and therefore infracted for spamming.
