    I'm looking for another high level account from TRUSTED sellers. I'm not looking for very rich accounts, but for skilled accounts with:

    1. A combat level of at least 130 p2p or 124 f2p.
    2. A total level of at least 1800.
    3. A value of at least $100.

    You must have at least $150 in vouches and a join before after 1 january 2011. Those are my rules, no exceptions! If you don't meet those rules, don't bother offering an account.
