[Buy]Main acc with 1700+ total levels but main in non combat skills

Hi, I am looking for a main account for osrs with 1600+ total level.
I would like to have a cb level +/- 100.
Prefer higher levels in mining, WC , thieving, agility, cooking etc. (the xp-farm skills).
should be like a skiller but with higher combat
