I'm willing to spend $400 - $500 on an account.
I will supply you with my card details since I don't have a Paypal account as of now.

I don't want any dodgy sellers, I'm after someone who is trusted or has vouches (legit ones).

How this will work is, I'll give you my visa card number from (front to back) and you use that to purchase $400 or $500 worth of gp to sell back & make your $400-$500 back.

I don't want to waste so much money on someone who is going to willingly scam me in some way.
