Looking for buy a combat level 3 skiller (or 10hp with mage skiller)

Not looking for anything amazing something along the lines of a "Starter Skiller"

Required:
Must have 10hp (Mage/Range/Prayer allowed melee pref 1)
90+ rc or wc or fish
Apart from that just any levels in other skills welcome.
Must be the owner, Email available to be changed to my own choice, no recoveries (can be negotiated)

Name not important, older the account the better but no preference, be nice to have some cosmetic items on it but again not neccessary.

Looking to pay 15m-40m RSGP dependant on account, Willing to go first if the user has previous "Good Trades" or "Vouches".
