SpeedPunch will sell accounts then recover them after time

I bought an account from SpeedPunch about 2 months ago.
Today I try to log onto it and he has recovered the account. The email is changed back to his email. I am aware that recovery can always happen but SpeedPunch has sense unfriended me on discord and blocking my messages.

Explanation of the trade: He sold me an account in July, it was a 2000+ total level main.
This one to be exact: 2100+ Total - Rigour/Augury - 1 Quest away from Quest Cape
Later on he told me he was selling his main as he was officially quitting, I offered to buy it. I ended up trading the previously mentioned account + gold to buy his main.
This one to be exact: Nearly Maxed Main 2200+ Total - 12 Pets - Original Email
After that I said I could buy his other account back( the one I had originally bought). Problems arose in my life and I was unable to buy it and told him so yesterday.
After logging off last night having discussed this with him(and paying him 100m for the trouble of holding the account for me) I try to log in today and it appears he has recovered the account.
Amount they scammed: The account I had purhcased(2273 total level account) and about 600m I had in the account(gear lent from a friend)
How they scammed: Recovering the account with recovery questions(which he had not disclosed before selling the account or shared the answers).
Proof it's their Discord or Skype: It's listed in his signature on his account.

Sorry for your loss, please read through the following resources so you can better protect yourself:

1.) Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!

5.) If you're still unsure how trustworthy someone is, use a middleman from here: MiddleMan Forums
Although a middleman can't help if the account is recovered as explained in 1.)
