    Explain the service: I purchased a Fishing Service on 07. 52-99 Fishing via Barbarian Fishing for 68m. He talked about getting 300-400k xp a day, even mentioned 500kxp. After about ~21 Days, he was getting rates of about 100k xp a day which is no where near what he said.
    I sent him a message on Skype to let him know that his service was unacceptable and that I would pay for the XP he did but would like the rest of my GP back. He said he was busy with his new job and that he couldn't afford to pay me back at the time. I gave him a few days but he still couldn't get the GP. I gave him a second chance to actually do the service at the rates he mentioned because he said he would. After about 2 days, he only got 30-40k XP. It was obvious he didn't have enough time to work on it so I messaged him and asked for a refund.
    I waited another week to message him to give him time to get the GP. Then he replied that he REALLY couldn't afford the refund and that he promised he would get 200k+ xp a day if I let him. So I decided to give him 1 last chance. Again, after about 7-8 days, he was only getting around 100k xp a day.
    So I'm done with his service. He keeps lying to me about the rates he will get and its not right. I messaged him twice for a refund for the XP he hasn't completed. He ignored my message both times. Now I see that he is trying to sell 600m GP but can't refund me? Seems fishy. I just want me GP back for the service he hasn't completed.
