Account Recovered by iNoobz

This is the story. I bought this account off the sythe user "iNoobz", for 8m. He went first to the trade and i paid him afterwards. The next day, i check the forums, and i see a new thread of that account which i bought, with the exact same pictures, which "iNoobz" made (Link:http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1108372), and when i checked, true enough, he had recovered the account from me. I use ebuddy on my iTouch when talking to sythe members, as it is similar to MSN. Pictures for Proof (Chat) can be found here:

Because of his evident intention of trying to scam other people, i did not try to contact him as this would just be a waste of time and he would have scammed other people. As you can see the new thread was made today and he sold me the account yesterday. I do hope that this user is taken action against as i believe these people do not belong in the sythe community.

Note: I understand the old thread has been deleted, therefore it will be harder for me to prove that he recovered the account he sold to me. However, the highscores can be checked to confirm that the account he sold to me was the one he is trying to sell right now.

EDIT: I posted almost the whole chat just to show that there were no disputes afterward. Also, the time of the chat and the time we exchanged vouches can be of note. If i am doing anything wrong please notify me.
