Nunus Shop scammed 18m payment + 30m in cash + items

I have asked him to do Recipe for Disaster, came to an agreement where he trains my skills for it and completes the quests up to mith gloves. he told me wait 2-3 days, me being eager I signed on to see if he was on it working and it logged in. all my items were missing. he is offline from skype for me, but online on sythe. I sent him a PM and no reply. Grateful my defence is still one but this guy is a giant douche. My mistake for not asking for a MM either but oh well. I just hope this man can get IP banned so he has to at least put time into changing his IP. I'm pretty sure he just cycles through accounts taking money.

He took my Ballista, Fury, Archers ring, 18k iron knives, 6m cash, 150 dragon bolts (e), 2k iron knives, 2k sharks...
I'm an idiot for not x'fering my stuff over.
