Explanation of the trade:
In November 2022 Sparta boosters and I came to an agreement for services for my OSRS account. The services amounted to 3.6 billion osrs GP - which was paid to and accepted by the accused party (attached in the imgur link is screenshots of received payments on Sythe PM). The services were only half done and no meaningful work has been done in the last 3 months (already 3 months overdue). I would like compensation for all the services that have not been completed.

How they scammed: Did not complete service despite multiple reminders. Now 3 months overdue and no sign of any motivation to complete the order.

The attached Imgur link has GIFs that prove Eslams discord ID and unique ID number. Also has multiple screenshots of Sythe PM for agreement of services (including estimated and maximum timeframe). Also contains screenshots of Sparta boosters ignoring messages on their own discord server as well as admissions of guilt that they are 3 months overdue. Lastly, it even has a screenshot of an agent of SPARTA boosters reiterating the timeframe and services agreed upon.

The total amount paid for the skills was 3.268 Billion OSRS GP. Roughly half of the skills were completed - so I am seeking 1.6 Billion OSRS GP in compensation from the skills that remain incomplete.

 

The agreement including the timeframe agreed upon is in the imgur link. I even paid extra for the 'warrior' ticket which was supposed to guarantee 2 workers on the account 24/7 to complete it in the 2-3 month timeframe agreed upon (its in the screenshots from sythe PM and discord). It's now 6 months in and half the order hasnt even been touched.

 

You may have noticed that in the beginning I was more much active, but I had a lot of issues in my business irl, so the order was delayed like that, but I have been trying for the past few days to be more active because I know that I'm very late, but I'm sorry, ill finish the order for you within a month and if I don't ill give you the money for the whole order (3.6b)

 

I can pay the money if he doesn't accept my offer and I can also finish the order for free if he accepts because the delay is my fault and he has nothing to do with my issues irl.


I don't have a gp because my accounts are banned but I can pay him $ for that

 

I am seeking 1.6 billion osrs gp for the skills that remain incomplete AND 299m osrs gp for the diaries (every single one agreed upon remain incomplete). So that’s a total of 1.9 Billion osrs gp. I’m willing to look the other way for the 130m mini game outfits.

I have given ample opportunity for you to complete the order - I no longer have faith in your ability to do so. Therefore I want to be refunded the amount of 1.9b so I can pay another service provider to complete the job. Osrs gp or crypto (Ethereum/USDT) is fine.

It's not necessary to have a gp to sell it, there are other ways to sell gp*

We do not need a middleman for a USDT transfer, you can transfer it directly to my wallet address and the transaction is public for everyone to see. @Kanye has confirmed there is no need for a middleman with this method.

I will only edit the post AFTER, the money has safely been refunded.

Now comes the issue of OSRS GP to USD$ conversion. Using your own server's sell price, each OSRS Million GP sells for $0.31 USD. Therefore 1.9 billion OSRS GP comes to $589 USD (1900*0.31).

That post above (advertising 15 billion gp for sale) has now been deleted from his server.
Additionally, another client on the server accused Eslam of exit scamming which he has now been deleted on the discord server.

@Kanye if he doesn't refund me soon can we please consider the possibility he is just going to exit scam as many people as he can prior to getting banned?
I don't want that to happen to all the other clients on here, even if it compromises my chance of a refund.
