Explanation of the trade:

In Sep 2022 I have met Eslam in one of the mutual discord servers, We have talked a couple times and then he noticed that I was helping his friend in real life with his Discord server, a couple days later Eslam asked me to talk in a voice chat about something.
The story starts from here, He asked if I would like to be his partner in the Discord server, It's new for me since I have never been in this field, So I have asked him for "numbers" and information so I can calculate the revenue or the loss of this "investment", He replied that there isn't much information mentioning that the whole thing is if I get into this with him I'll get a certain percent (%) of each ticket.

First agreement: *The first 200$*
We agreed on, me paying 200$ for Sparta Sythe donation, For 2% of each ticket until I get my 200$ back, Mentioning that I can get out of this work at any point and getting back 190$ of my 200% by returning 20$/weekly at least.

Second agreement: *The second 200$ - total of 400$*
Couple days / a week later I think (During that time he kept stressing on me to donate the other 200$ so the server can get more customers and then the income will be much more and my percent will be more than 2%), So, Around a week later I decided to donate the other 200$ in terms of keeping the first rules as in our first Agreement and he mentioned that my percent will be 3.5% of each ticket until I get my 400$ back then 2.5% of each ticket And if I'm not active at all, then 2% of each ticket.
I have mentioned over 3 times that later I won't be active since I'll get to college and he said that even though, I will still get a 2.5% or 2% if not at active at all, of each ticket.

The issue:
Everything was ok until Nov, I got my first payment which was 600m (Osrs gp), he calculated it as 180$, then as you can see in the image below he agreed with his Co-Owner that they owe me 220$.

In Dec as I have always told him, I'm barely having a free time while I'm in college so I had to delete the discord.
the next month I got to discord to get my percent to surprisingly find out that Eslam sent me a message about him losing an account with too much gold, It kept going like that and since I didn't have any time for these issues, I had to just ignore it and focus on college, Until a couple weeks ago in 12/01/2023, I went to check out if there is anything new and if I could get my percent since it has already been 2 months without to get any payments, But Eslam's reply was "not ask him for money" since he have lost a lot.
At this point I knew he won't give me back my money since it has been already 2 months without being paid, so I have decided to get out of this work and given him a 3 months to get my 220$ back and he accepted that.
I found out today that he demoted me from the server in addition to ignoring my messages, So I think it's time to get 3rd party's help since he's trying to avoid me.

My demand:
To get my 220$ back without to wait 3 months as I have given him out of pity and to get Sythe's staff help to solve this issue.

Hello again,

Today I have logged in to my Discord to find out Eslam sent messages to me, I have informed him that I don't want to give him the 2 months term and we had an agreement that says he must pay me 20$ at least / weekly when I get out.
He didn't take anything serious and even threated me of not giving me anything "in your dreams".
Then he deleted it when he knew I'll inform Sythe staff.
I'm calling for help from Sythe staff, since I can't handle this alone anymore.
I will translate all the precious screenshots whenever I have free time, But currently I don't, my apologizes about this.

@Zora Thank you for being patient until i had a free time to translate the screenshots.
Usually it’s Hard to find a translator From Arabic to (Language), Because of the enormous dialects number.

The agreement was to get covered of the 470$ (including the donation fees).
But since in the chat I have said ‘to get refunded of the amount i have donated’ (400$ without fees), I won’t argue with him about that.

Method: I had to go through all the tickets myself to add that 3.5% of each one to my wallet.
In 01/11 we agreed to calculate my percentage from the Order Bot income data, Which means (the income of this month * 3.5%).
But he didn’t pay me anything since that time.

Payment: The one and only payment I got was 600m Osrs Gp (it was calculated at rate of 0.3$ although the market rate was 0.26$).

I’m being too generous with him that i give up over 114$ and my demand is to get 400$ (what i have donated) - 180$ (what ‘I have received’) = 220$.

Please take in consideration that I haven’t been paid since October (which has been already more than 3 months).

*I’m refusing to accept any Osrs Gp as a refund unless I’m the one who’s putting the trading rate.

first of all I want to say that they were good friends.
I don't know why all this happened!
So I Dmed Adam a while ago via discord because Eslam is busy irl and no longer available like before, I told him that I wanted to solve this issue but we're 0 in stock rn because we were exposed to banwave a short time ago and I offered him a solution that I could give him part of the money now and give him the rest in the coming weeks but he didn't like it, then we agreed to give me time to see what I can do these days.

@Zora Sir, We haven’t agreed on anything, I deny to give Sparta Boosters Founders time to refund my money.
For two reasons:

1. As they had more than 3 months which they didn’t even give me a single penny, I have been in their server and I had access to everything, I’m 100% sure that Vax/Brufen/Fawakeh and even Eslam are holding cash and they can give me back that 220$.

2. We haven’t agreed on anything, I have told him what’s the only solution and he came to Sythe to lie in front of over 1k+ views. SHAME.

You are literally misleading the Truth and lying to get Extra time / Not to get Ban or DNT.

You actually lied 3 times, The second lie was about "Eslam is busy irl" that's not true, As he has been trying to reach me since I have opened the report but he's only reason was to let me delete it.
After Eslam Threated me that "in my dreams" to get my money back, He deleted it and I have received a message from him yesterday's morning That He'll "refund the money today or tomorrow".
The 3rd one, That they do have the money yet they don't want to refund it to me.

@Zora With full respect to your decision, But I’m giving up all my rights in the last 3 months, I’m only asking them to refund my 220$.
I’m not accepting anything else or any offer (IT’S NOT NEGOTIABLE), I just want my 220$ to be refunded.

From now on, I’ll be less active and everything including the refund will go through @Zora (He’s the one collecting the 220$ once Sparta Boosters decides to refund it).

Hopefully staff take in consideration that Sparta Boosters are being active without replying to The post, That shows how much they don’t care to refund my money.
