How they scammed: on january 24th we made the deal, I had no problem going first seeing she was a reputable member, we were going to test it last night but she/he was currently not at their PC and program does not work on a mac so we agreed to test it the next day I explained to her she needs to be on before 7 pm est to test it . She is now asking for another day to stall out and wait when I've given her everything promised but she is continuing to stall and I don't like waiting for payments.

The main issue here is she used her vouches and I agreed to go first, Sent everything over that was promised in sythe dm we made an appointment to relink to test it tonight and she is stalling and not understanding that this is my time we're working around it's not my fault she's unable to make it I expected payment tonight and i'm very frustrated with the way she's dealing with it seeing we made the plan a whole day before hand.

Just an FYI to everyone else, it's a program that collects League of Legends names that gets freed up by Riot based on inactivity. (ex. LoL Names - Checker)

Several issues I had here was:

1. Person in question told me it was program was able to be run on all operating systems. This was miscommunication on his part; I only have a Mac currently so I'm unable to test it. I told the person that once I would be back to my personal PC, I would be able to test it.

2. Person in question never told me that I needed to be on by 7 PM EST to test it. Skillshotz just told me that we needed to relink by "7 PM" and that is miscommunication on his part. I thought I would be able to test it tonight, which I can't since names only get released at 4 PM PST so the only time I could test it is tomorrow.

3. User sent me a .exe file and within the documentation notes, it said it was able to revoke me from running the program based on my hardware IP. My understanding was that it was a program that would run locally, if it's sending my computer data to another server, then I'm wary that it could be a keylogger.

I asked him several questions about this and he wouldn't respond other than through a call. I need to run virus scans and inspect the program before I even run it. The fact that it can remove my access is suspicious in and of itself.

4. I told him that I would test it by tomorrow at latest and he keeps demanding instant payment which I find suspicious.

I've bought multiple scripts from @Nomivore and selling programs are based on whether or not you're able to verify this.

I told him I would be able to verify this by tomorrow and I'm sure someone can be understanding waiting one one day given how bad the communication was.

concern 1: Yes this was miscommunication on my end but this was resolved and the fix we agreed on was testing it >TODAY< this is my time you are working with, not yours. and you said you'll be back home to test it today and you are still trying to stall it out: Here is where you say you'll be back today and here is me saying to be on before 7pm est and you replying "Kk" Imgur

concern 2: you can't really use this as an excuse I told you to be on before 7pm est in which you replied "Kk" so it was clear that you needed to be ready, Please stop trying to find me loopholes

concern 3: The note says that you will be hardware banned if you SHARE the program and I also did not ignore you and I did respond YOU were the one who ignored my message for 30 minutes Imgur < SS HERE

concern 4: I'm demanding payment because i've given you everything I promised we settled on a time and you didnt show, that is YOUR fault we had a set appointment I don't like stalling things out especially when i've given EVERYTHING that was promised.

This isn't a matter of miscommunication this is you trying to find loopholes to stall this out longer than it should be. You have to understand my frustration cause if we agreed to do this at a set time and you don't show how is that on me? I expected payment tonight and I am frustrated.

 

I want to pay you if the program works.

I’ve done trades over $1k USD and there’s no reason for me to stall and not give you your payment. However, like any other software the user needs to verify that it works, I only agreed on paying you if it works. If you sent me a key logger and I blindly send you $150 bitcoin, nothing I can do.

I’m frustrated how atrocious the communication was and how you’re putting words in my mouth.

You’ll get your payment once I verify that the program works, that was what I agreed upon.

I told you that was tomorrow by the latest, and I’m dumbfounded you can’t wait a day.

 

you're ignoring the fact we had a set time to test it out a WHOLE DAY before hand in the sythe PM you've received what i've promised & once again we had planned A DAY BEFORE HAND to test it out today but you flaked! This isn't miscommunication I made it clear to be on before 7pm EST I was expecting payment today once again i'm the one waiting you've already received what I promised and you flaked today even though we agreed to test it today. I do not want to wait. Its my time you are working with in no way is it my fault you claim to be unable to be available at a time we agreed a WHOLE day before hand. This doesn't fall into my lap, i've tried explaining to you on discord that I'm the one waiting when you;'ve received everything that was promised already but you continue to be inconsiderate and somehow decide to delay payment when we had an appointment set a day before hand. You used your reputable status to go first and now you are still trying to control the situation and fail to understand that payment was expected after we tested things TODAY which we agreed on. in no way is it my fault for you not coming through so I still expect payment. it's not hard to understand.

Resolved, I'm more disappointed by the sarcastic replies I got from Moderators on discord.
