scammed twice on these forums

Jakeg and another coming from sythe have contacted me today as "sellers" of ingame currency, both got paypal payments and immediately logged off. I see no way to contact moderators with the logs and proof i have for assistance considering on signup you have to agree to a us legally bound statement.

If theres a way to help, i request it now to pursue legal action using the logs and evidence i have for these cases, something has to be done to protect buyers on these forums.
