Banned for what? Sythe is full of BS.

Ok I have been a member of sythe since June of 07, I enjoy sythe very much, mostly for the runescape part of it. I am very active here and try to make helpful posts as much as I can. I try not to spam but ANYTIME I slip up its insta-infract. Ok now to one of my points, I was banned for OVER A WEEK for "Admiting to phishing." Please tell me where admiting to phishing is banable. Ive looked over the OFFICIAL RULES and do not see it anywhere.

Example:

I dont see ANYTHING about admiting to phishing as banning. Yeah, I admited to it, but its not like it hurt ANYONE on sythe. Id say 100% of people on here know a phishing site when they see one so what are the chances that they would go to mine because I NEVER advertised it on here, I never even posted a link to my site. And even if they somehow magically found my phishing site what are the chances they wont know its a phishing site? Once again, it never hurt ANYONE on sythe, admiting to phishing has nothing to do with sythe, its something I do OFF of sythe. So, in conclusion, I was banned for doing nothing wrong.

Ok heres something sort of off topic, but does being mod or high ranking (like guru) make you invulnerable to infractions? Ive seen some mods and other admins spamming and making there way around infractions.

Example, As you can see in this pic, all he posts is banned, wow thats a real helpful post eh.


Example B, As you can see in this pic, all he posted was "thanks" and I dont see him getting infracted anywhere.


Example C, As you can see in this pic, all he posted was "what?" and another high ranker is SAFE!


Finally, I think that sythe is sometimes full of BS, some people who deserve infractions, arent getting infracted, and people who dont deserve infractions or bans (me) are being punished wrongly.
