Ban Dispute - Contains "Little" Counter Evidence

I was banned for the account saying "Yeah I'm just taking back my account, sorry." Now, has it occured to any staff members involved in my banning that possibly he STILL has the account and is making these screen shots?

I'm in the process of making him admit he's on the account and will have pictures uploaded within 2-3 hours.
