If your friend left the crime scene WHILE driving their car, there is nothing to be done. It's not like the cops will find out it was him by the dna of the car or some shit.

However if he left the smashed car in the crime scene he is fucked

Tell him to tell his insurance he hit a deer, I think it's 100% coverage. Friend of mine fell asleep at the wheel and tore up a guardrail and his car and told his insurance that it was because of a deer and they fixed it.

I had to state my opinion on drunk driving. I make no apologies for my comment. If you're going to drink, don't drive and endanger my life. It's not one of those "lul kill urself feg" type of comments, it's a legitimate better alternative to him eventually killing himself in a car crash and potentially someone else.

He could also just stop drinking and driving, I'll be fine with that.
