Anything else you wish to say: i believe i was banned for constantly flaming a certain user in the spam forums, i suppose I wont do that again next time.

 

I spent a little while digging and couldn't find a direct reason for the forum ban but from what I can tell it's from Izad drama. Given the amount of time that has passed since this event, I have requested the removal of the form ban.
