Just curious if this would be a viable Twc warrant. The user which is a newcomer, is asking for newcomers to go first with 80-680$ transactions worth of rsps gp here http://www.sythe.org/runescape-priv...ov-clearance-sale-only-07-a.html#post13354190

He's asking 210m 07(for the party hats) and 80m 07 which totals up to 290m 07.

In my opinion, it's simply looks like a scam, definitely. He's looking to make a quick flip from his donation (making X3-X26) of what he donated for via scamming whilst not having actual proof of the items.

While it does seem like it could possibly end in another TJOC situation we really can't give a legitimate user a TWC for being new and active. Open to other staffs opinions though.
