[Source] Simple BlackJack Game.

I made this game out of bordom, yesterday.

Please post comments/how to make it better/bugs.

I know it won't be up to the more experienced programmer's standard, but i'm learning

Anyway here it is:

 

Not bad, i found a bug though.
When you click "Hit" the second time it deals you 2 more cards instead of 1.
Also when the Dealer and you have the same number it says you lose, instead of a draw.

- Bugs -

• The text on the cheating button gets split to two lines a lot of the time thus making it hard to see.
• As far as I can tell it's impossible to get a King (13).
• When you have 4 cards and press deal it redeals your 4th and 5th cards every time after that.
• I seem to win a lot of the time when I go over 21 and the computer does not.

I'll look into it more tomorrow night maybe, I'm pretty sleepy.

 

In blackjack all face cards are worth 10

Otherwise when you got an Ace and a King you would get 24 not 21.

 

Hahaha, it was 1:30am and I'd just got back from work so I was in pretty bad shape. Yes I'm retarded, etc.

Since that's the case there should be no 12 cards and also the probability of getting a 10 should be 4 times higher than any other card.

 

Ugh, yeh, i'm not the gambling type, so i don't really know all the rules.

Also it says 'Simple'
