Sounder banned?

I dunno if this is against the rules or not, if it is please let me know.

So I've been watching a content creator recently called Sounder on YouTube. He has pretty fun videos and his style is pretty interesting. He did some editing work for Torvesta recently. Seems like his current account is banned -- and it's been banned for a while now. I found out through his Discord that I shared servers with him where he recently bought a new name for some reason (Posho), from a reliable name seller.

If you look him up on WiseOldMan you'll see he's done tons of name changes and now with the new name he's been banned since October 5th. I thought you couldn't get banned for buying names/buying names is a gray area? I'm thinking I wouldn't be surprised if he RWT'd somehow and got a ban for 'Buyer Severe' or whatever it's called. Jagex is cracking down harder on stuff like this, right? Odds are that if the clan leader and seemingly their lead mod (Boola Boola) likely got banned for RWT, odds are those RWT'd funds made it into the clan pot and are likely being distributed.

I tried joining the server on Discord and the clan ingame, but the mods are a mess. The moment you bring this up/ask about it it seems to get sweeped under the rug quick and I was booted before I got a chance to join.

Am I just stirring up shit or is this a classic case of "never meet your heroes"? I think back to KempQ and his RWT shennanigans and him getting away with it.
