I'm currently filling out an application form for a graduate placement...

Question 1
Why do you believe the aldi retail placement would be of benefit to you and you future career?

Question 2
Can you demonstrate the qualities you have that would make your year at aldi a successful one?

HELPPPPP!?!?!?!

 

This is something you should answer yourself, it's pretty straightforward.

 

I know you have to sell yourself, the regional manager that's reviewing them all told us that he's going to be looking over 500 applications..

After I heard that I first thought that mine had to be different to everyone else's? Would I set it out differently? Instead of having in a linear format do something different?

Well the main point of this it should be short and straight to the point.

 

I can see a lot of applicants lying. Being honest and having good qualities will put you out from the rest. 500 is a lot so just choose your words carefully.
