Ban Appeal- Need Help

Recently my skiller was banned for macro use. I did not use any 3rd party programs. However my account was hacked for about 3 days.

Anybody have real suggestions on how to appeal this?

 

I could suggest they compare the IP addresses of your logged locations. A difference between the norm and your hackers might be room for dispute. I'm assuming they can look this up that is.

 

So, did you macro on it? Or was it the hacker?

 

The hacker I assume, because it was not me. and ty anyways craptastic i thought of the ip address track logs yesterday. Anyways still pending. im hoping for some luck.

 

lol that sucks my runescape account also just got banned 2 days ago

 

If the hacker was the one who got it banned, just tell them that. If you choose the option "Someone else had access to my account." I'm sure they view any irregularities in the IP Addresses that have logged in to the account lately.

 

Yes, This is true if infact someone else had controll you will get the account back wiped free of offences i know from personal experence. Anyhow i really like your sig spy "The best defence is a good offence"
