There is no way of getting your youtube back once its been stolen especially if they have the first 2 emails it was ever registered to when it was getting all the views and comments. And i will be giving that information to the person who buys it. So to answer your question You change the password/Recovery Question and recovery email i give you the access to the email it was created to and the one it is now registered too and you confirm the switchover to emails then you change the details for the emails then its completely safe.
