Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

DNT was issued due to taking an order from Ohrin and then going MIA before the completed design was delivered. I had taken a new job and did not handle my responsibilities correctly at the time. Eventually when I realized I had unfinished business I contacted Ohrin to provide him with repayment, which was refunded in March of this year.

I have repeatedly failed to deliver designs to clients after taking initial payment. There are multiple reports of this, typically I have prioritized personal life poorly and failed to keep clients updated. I was rightfully DNT'd due to the many warnings I've had before. I have taken time to step away and grow up for lack of a better wording. I regret putting my clients in these positions where their funds were tied up while they were not receiving what they were paying me for, and I've learned to conduct myself in a manner that treats those I interact around with more respect. I'm not sure if I plan to offer design going forward but I can understand hesitation in lifting it. Thanks for reading and hope you are all doing well.
