SotM

Suggestion: Do not show names of users at the vote/in the signature at the SotM. Sometimes signatures are chosen because that person is important, not because of the artwork.

Benefits: Trolling people will not get votes because they're well-known, which happened with e.g. Lym at the last SotM (got 6 votes for something which was clearly a joke).

This way, the art is judged, and not whoever made the art. Of course, sometimes it'll be clear who made it just looking at the style, but for most entries this'll keep the people anonymous.

This will smash away favoritism.

 

I support, nothing is worse than a popularity contest.

 

I also support, if this helps get rid of favoritism I am all for it.

 

Support from me, as said above, would make the contest a lot fairer.

 

I support, although you enter the contest on a public thread, which is also a problem.

 

Clearly support, also in real life I am striving for rating/voting like this.

As in my country, highschool exams do not have name and surname on it, but code, so the editor does not know who done the exam.

No one usually does this. If I see an entry with their name on it, I'll PM them and say to edit the name out.
