Explanation of the trade:
- On 27 June 2025, I completed a purchase via Stripe for $1010.24 9 (see imgur.com and imgur.com) to have an OSRS account built within a specific criteria "Build-a-main", and was advertised that the time to create would be approximately ~10 weeks (see imgur.com). The Primal account builder provided periodic updates on the status of the account building process, which at times would have very minimal progression from week to week.

How they scammed:
- As of today, 13 November 2025, over 139 days have passed (4 months and 17 days) and I was just notified that the account had been banned. I attempted to inquire on obtaining a refund, but was informed by management that "there's terms written so we just stick to that." (see imgur.com)

- The overall ToS listed by PrimalRS state "All services are hand trained using the standard OS Client or RuneLite." (see imgur.com). No where in the ToS does it state that account builder services will be botted. The 'Account Builder ToS' were added/changed on 9 July 2025 (a couple weeks after making my purchase, see imgur.com), which now includes a new disclaimer of "These accounts can be fully or partially created using the bots or scripts and will have a minimum of 1 week before they are being sold to you. Should your account receive a banana [slang for an account ban] during the resting period or creation we will restart". This disclaimer is not present within my original purchase agreement.

- More importantly, all of the account building options originally included a disclaimer of "only if anything were to happen while we are working will the above restart or refund apply" (see imgur.com). This original disclaimer stating refunds appears to have been conveniently edited out of most of the account building options, including the one I purchased (see imgur.com)...

- Additionally, I was never informed, nor does it indicate anywhere, that the Account Builder ToS are non-refundable and the overall PrimalRS ToS clearly state they override any other agreements made by staff (see imgur.com).

- Regardless, the primary issue is that the original agreement was for an account delivery within ~10 weeks, in which I patiently and respectfully waited over 4 months, and am now being told that I have no ability for a refund. I feel as if this agreement has clearly been broken in multiple levels and some suspicious activity has occurred considering the various disclaimers and terms of service being added/edited post-purchase.

- I would have been interested in re-engaging with Primal, but was met with a manager who seemed entirely disinterested in discussing options after completely failing to deliver as promised, clearly breaking their own ToS and appearing to cover tracks by editing out refund options from account sales (except for the couple that you must have forgotten to edit out, whoops).

An agreement has been reached and an appropriate refund has been provided.
