Uunix Vading ban

I have waited almost 2 weeks now for a response to my dispute and haven't got an answer, yet im not banned forever. I know im not suppose to make a new thread but it doesn't let me post in the other one.

I was banned for vading, this is my only account. If you look at the IP address of the other person and me you will see they are not the same, except for once, but let me explain that.

They made a thread asking for help. I agreed to help them for the 10m RSGP they were offering. What they needed help with was some coding for a private server.
I stupidly went to the website they told me to go to for the server and ended up downloading a key-logger. At the time I was using the same password for my Runescape account as I was my Sythe account.
When I couldn't get his "private server" to load she told me to login to runescape as she would pay me a few mil for trying to help and her wasting my time. Again, stupidly, I did.
About 30secs after logging in I was logged out. I tried many times to log back in. When I did get back in my Dragon Claws and the 18mil cash I had on me at the time was gone.
This person hacked my account and took everything I had that was worth anything.

After losing everything to her I made a post on her thread warning people to not trade her as she would scam them.
I then left my comp as I was upset that I lost everything and didn't feel like playing. When I came back I was banned from sythe.
I made my other dispute and left again.
Shortly after I came back and checked her thread. When I checked it I saw she had also logged into my Sythe account and changed my post on her thread to say she was "very trustworthy".
At that time I went to add that to my other dispute thread but it wouldn't let me, so i decided I would just wait and see what happens assuming I would be unbanned anyway on the 10th as that it what it was saying at the time.

I now come back to see that it say i will "never" be unbanned yet I have no response as to why. 43 views on my other thread and no response, yet thread made days after mine have a response.

Please respond, as I find this very unfair that I have been wrongfully banned yet am forced to wait almost 2 weeks and counting to get a response when others get one in less then a day.
