Sorry but does this mean I got scammed?

I just bought an account from Antman, Grand Master with 2.5k posts and 29 vouches and perfect record on them. I went to recover the account with the info he gave me and this is what I got ...

Does this mean I was scammed? When you try to recover and are denied, do they always include all that stuff or does that mean they are telling me what is wrong ... if so then he told me an entire character's worth of false info. Please help fast (good thing I didn't put 10m on it like I was gonna).


Sorry I posted this here, but nobody is in the general discussion section of the forums and I need to know quickly because I was gonna put gold on here. This section has a lot of people on so after I get an answer please lock it. Thanks.

Yeah I figured as much, I just don't get why the hell he would do that when he has made bigger legit deals on sythe, via his vouches. 29 FFS and he said he made this account in 2006 so all the info should apply to him. IDK what to make of this yet =(

 

Have you spoken with him?

 

He logged and I didn't find this out till an hour later
