Explanation of the trade:

I bought gold from RS Gold Rush's website, 100M OSRS gold. I typically use an Adblocker and I didn't notice that their live chat button was not being displayed. However, they did have a helpful question mark at the bottom left, which I then used to submit a ticket to get the gold delivered (via Zendesk). They have yet to reply to the ticket and it is still is unanswered.

I was busy all week until this past Thursday (Jan. 30) and I again tried to get the gold delivered during my break. After using another browser, I was able to contact RsGoldRush to get my gold delivered via their live chat. They took too long to reply and I had to leave the chat as my break was almost up. They have still yet to deliver my gold.

Today (Feb. 2), I reached out RsGoldRush to get my gold delivered. This is my third attempt at getting the gold delivered. They mentioned that the order was refunded on their system. I then look at my PayPal account it still says that I paid for the gold. I tried to ask what is going on and they never replied. So I was forced to start a PayPal dispute in an attempt to get my money back for an order which was never delivered.



Amount scammed: 100M OSRS gold
How they scammed: Never delivered the gold.

he got marked as fraudulent that made a dispute right away, hes since been refunded tho.

I got the refund, but I would like to say few things to you, RS Gold Rush.


Your whole set up is a circus, you and your employees are clowns. I contacted you three times for the gold, not once did you bring up the fact that my payment was marked as fraudulent. When I asked for my money back, your employee never said that it was refunded or simply did not respond as to why the order was "refunded" when it was clearly not.

I felt that I was forced to start a dispute to get my money back. You then ban me from the live chat and then start going off on a rant, calling me a criminal for simply wanting my money back when I have received nothing.


I had to post a report on here, Sythe, to get my money back. Anyone else reading this or actually care, stay far away from this shit-show circus called RS Gold Rush.
