Suggestions Needed

My old account, wanting to sell it, want some suggestions as to what I should do with it

 

Get turmoil on it if you're going to sell it. Not necessarily 95 pray but complete the quests. Try to even the combat stats to 90 if possible so it goes for much more. With 99 def you can take it to bandits and afk there for hours, that covers attack and strength.

 

Even though you've got a picture, I feel this would be more appropriate in RS General. You are more likely to get a great number of replies there as well

On topic: I would highly suggest getting at least soul split & turmoil (95 prayer), using any & all remaining charms you have on the account to boost the summoning to at least 68, and getting the Dungeoneering up to at least 81 for a chaotic - or leaving 200k tokens on the account for the buyer.

If you do those 3 things, the value of your account will go up quite a bit and it will definitely be in higher demand than it would be now. If you are able to or want to spend the time, I would also recommend maxing out the Attack & Strength.

 

I would get at least 80 Dungeoneering on the account for a chaotic. Other than that I wouldn't get the Prayer up mostly because people here on Sythe can be very cheap when buying accounts because they always think it's going to get recovered back. And people tend to bid very low...I had to sell an account with 93 dung 95 prayer, 99str, and 80 attack for 75m :\

Also may want to try to get some charms for a higher summoning level, not essicarily do the summoning yourself, just the charms so the buyer has the option.
