TWC for a reason, why take it off? Scammer/proof.

Well, after talking to my friend slippy about being scammed from this guy on Msn, I decided to look into things. I have found several threads of him selling a '99 range tank' which have the exact same picture, the same stats, etc. He sold the account to slippy and he tried it, that is the reason one of the pictures have slightly higher stats.

I'm not asking for a ban, as I don't feel there is quite enough proof. However, I do feel he should have a TWC as he already had one before. Why should someone need 5 different threads, all at different times, of the same account? I don't know, you tell me. Anyways, you can find the post here: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=613884

Amoung these threads are also people flaming him for scamming etc. I wonder why that could possibly be? Anyways yeah, not the greatest scammer report but I think he deserves his TWC back as well as a possible ban, and a detailed explanation about this mishap.

I banned his first account for account scamming about a year ago >.< If you still have the name of the RS account that he's peddling this time, PM it to me. I'll add it to the recovered RS account list.
