Oh I understand your all speachless... lol but seriously what do you guys think?

 

The concept of the song is good, the only problem I have with it (being the fact that I'm basically a music whore / english whore) is that it isn't iambic, though it's well written.

 

cool lol didn't know it's my first song i've done that i actually put more than like 5 minutes of thought into If we decide to use this song which we most likely will I'll post a link to the song so you can hear how it will sound.

 

What genre is your band?

 

we havent really found a genre yet we are over the place cuz our singer\ rhythm guitarist he likes punk rock cuz he can only rly play punk while he sings i am into melodic death metal so most our songs have solo's in it drummer is just average and we have a really really good bassist so. idk think of a melodic death punk rock thing lol but that song is going to be a slow prolly accoustic song.

we were gonna be like a melodic death metal band but we just got this new bassist and his brother is are singer (we were vocalist challenged before this) so this kinda throws a completely new ball into the mix

Melo-Death such as CoB is good. I find I like unique bands a lot more than mainstream, so if you want to sound good, find your own little niche rather than throwing in overused techniques.

Acoustic guitar can sound good, if you have a decent one in the first place. I have a $100 acoustic, and I absolutely hate it. I like acoustics though.

 

I have an old school europian acoustic i got from my aunt when i first started playing when i was like 5-6 p.s. if you didnt notice i don't know much about acoustic guitars lol

 

It's pretty good. Have you put a beat to it yet? And what genre is it?

 

yeah when I write songs I usually have the beats all down in my head for the most part as soon as my drummer gets back from his vacation we will be playing again and can make the songs but go here to see a whole list of my songs
