Why you think they are ban evading: They both have the same "I can fake anything thread", not that many people know how to do what he can do. Also, on the thread that the unbanned member has, he started the thread of with an example, which was the same picture of the banned member's thread(yellow partyhats in the inventory, I'm not sure if mods are able to see the past thread before it was edited)
