You've blown out the entire image by over doing the lighting. You don't really see any effects because of the erroneous use of values. The text is pretty decent.
Looks pretty solid to me. Good use of effects which draws the person looking at it into the focal. The only thing I dislike is the sudden change here: If I were you I would just crop that out.
I'm going to agree with Moon here. The lighting effects look pretty fun and solid. While it could use minor work like text effects (for more aesthetically pleasing results), the focal is, well, the focal and overall composition seems pretty fun and to the point. Nice work man! To the untrained (my) eye, it looks alright. Maybe just tone down the lighting though, like Nero said. It looks nice, just a little overdone. And definitely take off the borders.
