    I'm not sure if this is bannable, it should be.

    The RS account 'Dis Skill' is being sold here. This is a link to the highscores, showing the levels are the same. His MSN also matches the name.

    It is #78 in this thread, where it has been reported as being recovered previously.

    I'm not sure if that's ban-worthy. I'm pretty sure anyone can report anyone for no reason, so it's more of a community watch sort of thing.
