Thoughts on this deal I did?

I recently bought two accounts off a guy and paid him 100M 07 for the two accounts on the 19th. We both agreed that after a week and a half (the 30th) that I pay him another 100M for the accounts. ( This is because he isn't that reputable and I use the accounts to bot, I was going to recoup the money I paid for the accounts during the week and a half & regardless if the accounts were banned within a week and a half he would still get his other 100M the 30th )

I have screenshots and pm's of him agreeing to the deal and now because I got scammed twice on here, he is saying he is changing the deal and wants me to pay him the 100M right now because he thinks I'm going to scam him. I told him no, you'll get it the 30th and now he's threating to report me to the mods.

I'm not going batshit crazy here right? What he's asking is stupid & I don't have to do that because we agreed on a date correct?

He is saying that the accounts are still his even though we both vouched for each other after we traded the gp for the accounts. He changed the email and password to my email and password so the accounts are mine unless I don't pay the other 100M on the 30th, correct?( Which I obviously still am but will never deal with this guy again )

 

Offered a full refund or the other 100M to be hold by a middleman incase accounts get banned. The original deal was him to pay me the 100M by the 30th. But i’m afraid that because he recently got scammed and is down money + the fact that his Sythe is 1 week old he is not going to pay me the other half of the payment to cover his losses. Let the mods decide.

 

You keep saying " I offered him a refund " I don't want a refund I want the accounts and the deal to stay as the deal we agreed on. I don't care if you offered me something, a deal is a deal and you're talking as if you're going to report me to the mods if I don't change the deal in your favor and give you your money now. You're like threating me or some shit like an asshole when I never did anything to you. We conducted a nice deal and left each other vouches and now you're trying to strong arm me.

 

Connect any reputable Sythe middleman now give him the 100M and the deal can stay the deal.

 

No. I'm not doing anything for you. I was fine with using a MM earlier but I feel like I don't have to do anything for you, especially someone who conducts trades like a 5 year old would. You're not a nice person. You'll have your other 100M the 30th.

 

Yeah fault is on me i agree. Shouldn’t have given access to those accounts to a botter without full payment being made. Now let the mods decide what’s reasonable here

 

That's the first sensible thing I've heard you say. You're talking like I'm 100% going to scam you. Chill the fuck out you're going to get your money the 30th. Banned or not, they are my accounts, banned or not you're getting your other half of the payment.

 

Hey @Vader899, sadly you agreed to this deal to get the second payment on the 30th. CodecFitly has the right to decline the use of a MM. You need to wait until the 30th to get the second payment. I don’t think that a report can change this.

In my opinion you should of set terms that he cannot bot before he paid fully as the accounts aren't fully his until the last payment has been made.

 

He could have made those terms or suggested them & I probably would have said no, but he even said he was willing to help me quash the bans from his home IP if I got it banned. So he was fine in the beginning with me botting on it, then I got scammed & thinks I'm going to not pay him, which isn't the case at all.

 

Lol, just tried to look up the accounts on the hiscores it seems that they’re banned already cuz i couldn’t find them on the hiscores.

This forum is for support for things regarding the website itself, this is a dispute about a transaction. You'd be better served in the Report a Scammer section.

That said, @gregory136 nailed it when he said that OP won't have to change the transaction after you've already entered into it @Vader899
Hope it works out for both of you. If it's not resolved on the 30th, create a thread in the Report a Scammer forum.
