Banned bye jesse for no reason.

So, K 3 v i n ; posted a post in General Topic, and it was for his 1500 post. It was a spam topic and all it said was.

"1500 Post's bitch's." With a picture of a kid sticking his middle finger up.

Me and K 3 v i n have been friends for a while, so i posted and said "Grats Fagot." Jesse came in the thread and banned me for "Flaming" K 3 v i n told her that we we're friends yet she continued to ban me. I flamed my friend and i get banned. Yet my friend makes a spam topic and she laugh's. My ban was suppose to be released sometime in march. I made a dispute about a month ago to figure out why i wasn't unbanned when i had a mod tell me I was banned for ban evading, when i have been in college i had time to ban evade? I have been banned 3 times before, twice for flaming which was a month each and i patiently waited. Then the third time was once again for "ban evading" which Cfrey got me unbanned because he discovered someone was posing as me and i was falsely banned. I will wait more time if you do not believe my current ban time has been long enough, i just ask that my account would be unbanned in the future. Please.

Basically, he flamed and I infracted him which resulted in 3 infractions. He then PM'd me on a new account DDoS v2 or something and said no matter how many times I ban him he'll keep coming back and how it's just one account which can be "remade".

I doubt I still have it since after I left staff I was at 700 and something messages with 100 allowed. He's a liar, I didn't ban him for no reason. After he ban evaded I requested for his permanent ban.

Also: flaming a friend, an enemy or some random person are all the same things and he ban evaded. I'm pretty sure DDoS v2 are on the same IP, and if not they're the exact same person.

I'm only posting this because someone on MSN who asked to not be mentioned asked me to post this. .-.
