Well i'm Small, I want to be taller so i can be better at football

Is there any way to be taller without operation?

No is the answer.

edit: it's all genetic, there is no magical way of making yourself grow taller other than letting nature take its course.

 

Tbh no there isn't, standing at at least 6"2 i don't have this problem

Take dem roids. I've heard stuff like stretching before you go to bed but it's all fake really. Like someone said it's all genetics, noting you can do about it.

 

I think you may want to invest in some medieval torture devices to see if those stretch you out, otherwise sorry =\

To my knowledge there's no "extenze pill" but for height. Don't worry about it though. My brother was literally 5'3" all through higschool. In the two years following highschool he grew 11 inches and gained 80 pounds. He's now 6'3" and weighs about 220. Give it time. And eat a lot of food and drink a lot of milk.

 

Wouldn't recommend it.
Oh and I heard about a procedure where they break your legs, Do something with them and let them heal again, Just so you're a bit taller.

Anways not really much of an option but studies have shown that an increase in the human growth hormone can increase height overtime. (Duh lol) There is some sites that you can the injection off of, but not many legitimate and it's illegal.

 

The only secret is time. Just wait it out.

 

The funny thing is that even if you did have surgery you wouldn't be able to play football any more. There's pretty much nothing you can do if you're past 17-18, increased HGH will give you a deformed jawline.

Also, it ISN'T all genetics. Ever wonder why second-generation migrants from asian countries are nearly always noticeably taller than both parents? It's basically because of their diet. So, if your growth plates haven't sealed then you need to eat up

Don't use it dude, just be as you are, being small has its good things aswell.

 

Yea I seen a documentary about this years ago a girls parents paid for it for their daughter and she got alot taller but every day or week or something you gotta turn the non on the leg brace to force it to stretch further.
Basically she got stretched something wicked, but her body was so tiny and legs so long it looked wrong.

 

A lot of it is genetics, so you probably won't grow drastically taller. I'm 6'4" and I'm not sure what the secret is. My dad is 6' and my mom is 5'7", but my grandpa was 6'7"-6'9" so that's probably where I get it from. I drank a lot of milk from my childhood into my early teens; not sure if that makes a difference. I generally eat well too and I get growing pains a lot. Stay away from steroids. I'm sure you'd regret them in the long run.

 

You guys never heard of Growth hormone(GH)

A threatment for very short ppls or with Turners syndrome.

Try hanging on a pull up bar. Actually added ~1.5" to my height after a year at it every day.

 

well, You could jump a lot to work out your calves. I dont know how to get taller, I've wanted to do that since like 6th grade
