Recovery/Email Help

Hey, is there any way i can delete my recovery's even tho i don't know them? Also, i registered an email how do i cancel that?

 

Get your account locked then recover it, that takes away the Recoveries.

Email :S that's hard now, you just need to wait it out (If your account got stolen/hacked)

If you're the original owner tell Jagex about it.

EDIT: If your account didn't get stolen/hacked set new recoverys by going to account management on the RS Home page.
And as for the email put your email address and they'll send you a verification code that you enter on the RS 'Email Preferences' and that changes it. (If it's a new email you'll still need to confirm it on the old one, otherwise wait 14 days)

 

If you dont know your recoveries simply set new ones and copy them to a wordpad, then after 14 days you know them by heart recover a stolen password, and enter them in and wait a while and your recoveries will be reset. Now for your e-mail go to the "Account" tab and go to email preferences and click disable they will send a verification email to cancel the email.

Just go to Help>Password Recovery, and select the Stolen Password option. Recover your account yourself, and the recovery questions will be removed. If you know the current password, then it should not be a problem recovering it -- since it doesn't look stolen in the first place.

For email, you can un-register your old email if you have access to the email account, then just register a different one. (The Email might also go away when you recover as stolen)
