I think it is now safe to assume that Cherub is telling the truth and KDOTX fabricated a report to try and get Cherub in trouble. I mean if this really happened I don't see why KDOTX would let this just fizzle out, hell if it happened to me I'd be loud as hell untill something was done about it.

 

With the above ruling:

As Spam Forum Judge, I find the defendant, @Cherub , NOT GUILTY.

As for our plaintiff, @KDOTX , this court finds YOU GUILTY of fabricating a report.

For sentencing, I demand that you own up to what you did and make a public statement confessing to the fabrication of this report in an attempt to tarnish Cherubs name.
