Someone is claiming he got scammed by Usfine ?

Hello sythe members!
We have recently noticed someone is claiming we scammed him for "his" Runescape account, Link to his thread:

Well,firstly let me explain what was the problem.
This person sold us a Runescape account, provided us "full original details".
after few days, we sold the account to a customer,later on,the buyer charged his money back by illegal method. so we notified the seller when he came back to get the payment that we need his help to get the account back,he may choose reserve it or sell it again, let us see what happened:

why he could not recover the account?
It is well-known that any runescape account could be easily recovered by the REAL CREATOR,he said in the reply he just got denied, dont know why, that is obviously not convictive at all.
so we can easily come to a conclusion:
He is definitely not the creator! thus, how can we trust him? how can we believe the account will not be recovered after we paid him? what if the account get locked in the future ? obviously he is not able to unlock it.
Even if he is the creator , he could not provide us any kind of customer service such as unlock the account or recover the password for us.
he said he was disappointed at our customer care, sadly he doesnt understand what is the REAL customer care since he is not able to get the account back for us.

From the above,shall we pay him? please reply with your opinion and reason(make sure you read my post carefully), it is up to you guys!
Usfine take serious business, we care about all customers and cooperative partners if they have been reasonable and trustworthy!

all of the account details he provided to us was FAKE, useless, and he couldnt help us at all , for now and the future, will you take the risk , sir ?
If we actually OWN you 135$ please email me your order id and explain the problem. thanks for your support , hope you wont post these unverified information in the future, post with proofs please.

 

Pfft, why didnt you test the info? thats what the 7 - 14 day w8 for the money is for...

 

Theres many threads recently where you guys have scammed customers. I dont know if i could believe you that this actually happened or not.

Pay them all back, USfine are scammers from what I can gather.

 

we have tried to test the info by password recover, you know what happened? 45%+ account got locked. the problem is he provided us fake info, since he couldnt recover the password by himself.

The fact is he was trying to sell us an INSECURED account which could be recovered or locked by any time, and no one will help us to get it back.

 

Please notice that how many ppl here have scammed others. so far, i have never seen any convinctive proof to prove we actaully scammed ppl.
of course, you can not prove something is wrong if its acutally right.

 

So basically you don't want to pay him because you lost his account?

In your terms I don't think its states that should you get charged back you must recover the account for us or you lose it.


As for "all of the account details he provided to us was FAKE," I find this hard to believe as you username and passwords, count as account details.

Pay him, and stop using google translator.

as i said , if we actually own zorb 135$ , we will definitely pay him . but I dont even know what happened to him , as well as you.

 

usfine takes serious business, if you selling secure account, you definitely get paid, while your account is unsafe that can't be recovered with the details. usfine can't deal with you.

Usfine only buys account from original holder, everyone knows this rules.
anyone saying usfine scams should realize, there are more sellers get paid for account selling, why they would be able to receive money while you can't? If your account is really secure? thats the key point.

and to those people who say " its not my fault after i gave you guys full information, its your fault that account get hacked", i wannar say if you are the buyer of this account from us, will you agree with this if usfine says same thing to you ?

we all know there is no RS account is 100% safe, even your account has no recovery set or email set when you sold it to usfine, that does not mean your account is 100% secure, anyone who is original holder still be able to hack it back, and resell.

In a word, be sure you are the original holder of the account before you sell

 

Your not making any sence, if the account failed at test recover why did you go a head and sell it?

 

the keypoint is " the information he provided to us was totally fake" which can't help us recover account back, you know this ? at the beginning of account selling, he lied to us, with all those account old details is fake. If he provided full information, how come we can't get account back ?

 

will you pay for an account with only username and password, also , some fake details? if you will , i will personally sell you some level130+ accounts for 30$ each.

The reason we didn't test it is because We Trust Seller, now you mean we should now trust him , because he could be scammer?

Your company still has a shit reputation of mysteriously losing accounts, messing up orders, taking ten times longer then stated to complete orders, fucking people around on the live chat, amongst many other things.

What were you trying to prove by posting this thread?

It's a mystery why anybody would order accounts or gold in the first place from monkey slaves working in China for below minimum wage.

He wasnt the one who recoverd there Money from you, therefor its not hes probleme, its yours. You need to give him hes money back.
