Phished? What's "fishy" about me helping you out haha. Yes, you can make a PayPal. You don't need to be verified nor link any credit/debit card in order to receive money either.

You should use your parents paypal so you can sell an unlimited amount of rsgp. If you don't have your paypal account verified, you will only be able to purchase 2k worth of stuff. If you want more help, please contact me via PM and i'll respond as soon as I can.

But just be careful with who you trade with!

 

Make a verified account with your parents paypal. Trade only with trusted people so they don't charge back.

 

Buy a pre-paid credit card from your local money mart or something. Link it up to a faked birthday PayPal and you're up and running! Enjoy
