User Education suggestion.

Make a "No RS Guides" rule/sticky in the User Education section. There's a Runescape Guides section for a reason.

It would be like the last 2 User Eds.

I'll ask Pen about it, for now all accepted and completed applications will not come under this rule, as it has not been enforced it.

All future applications will come under this rule.

Yes, please. Thanks for making a thread about this Ekthador. I, myself, look through the User Education everyday to see helpful guides and don't enjoy when all I find are ways to transfer through runescape or other guides along those lines.

 

Interesting. I told Eric when it was first opened to put a sticky saying this section isn't for RS guides.

I agree that it should be enforced more. I visited the Suggestions forum this time to post this exact topic, but found you have beaten me to it. While I was in the General Guides Section I saw about 3 RS Guides (and that was just on the first page). There should be a sticky with the title of this because most members are too lazy to read inside of the stickies.

 

I think posting RuneScape guides in the general guide section is acceptable. But, some Neanderthals provide RuneScape guides in their application. It's perfectly clear that, RuneScape guieds are prohibited.

User stupidity should not define rules.

 

Maybe consider moving the RuneScape guides section to the User Ed section, but with the rules that they don't count as your monthly guide, nor do they count in your application.
