Need Help

The email account that my Runescape account is registered too is locked. I tried to appeal but it kept being denied. Is there anyway I can manually change and register my email to a different email account?

You may need to go through Jagex's customer support to get this solved.

I *Believe* that if you recover the account the email gets reset too. Try that

 

I'm a bit confused at what you mean the email is locked, meaning you don't have access to it? If you don't have access to the email you're not changing it without the help of Jagex, you have two options.

Either email [email protected] with your account details and tell them you need the email removed.

OR - post on forums in the account help section, make a new account with a 14 day free trial and make a post with your account name and what you need done.
